this is dated in July- before Palin showed up on sceen. how is it she gets a fine for "treaspassing" ?? I wonder what the amount of the fine was. Note- if it seems like I am picking on GOP here...no..when the candidate is too big this happens.

I dont care for librarians. Not in the past 10 years. I checked out a book last week..and it seemed to draw attention. At least I can read what I want online...

I do agree with you about the sign lady, however, I am a bit cynical about why and how the entire thing was filmed... It seemed rather well staged, to get the most out of the protest. Again, it was not the McCain campaign that escorted the woman out or that asked for her to be escorted out. As for the apology, it was demanded. You should have heard the outrage here in Michigan, when the story came to light. I am not laying it at the feet of Obama, just suggesting that things happen that are spun by everybody.

If the secret service wanted her removed it would have nothing to do with whether she had a sign or not. The man in charge clearly said she could stay without the say and with the sign she was ticketed for trespassing. That's a pretty clear first ammendment violation.

By definition such a partisan piece is designed to sway your emotions in the way that the producers wish. So ... was it a pro-McCain piece? Everything in the editing is done for a particular purpose - to get people to think and agree with your stated sentiments. But you have no proof of anything ... or even if the event actually occurred - and nor do I. I recognize it for what it is, however, and pointed out just some of the issues in my earlier post. How do you know she is a "librarian"? How do you even know it's at a McCain "Townhall"? ALL you "know" is that there is a video on youtube, that is obviously designed to hurt McCain, and therefore help Obama. hello- Firm, true, I see your point on the PR angle. ....tho I dont know how one can be assessed a fine for this.... it doesnt say much about the outcome anyone can post stuff on youtube. the part tho on the new climate that has been around 2000 til now tho is a very different one then when Bill Clinton rather enjoyed the detractors. then factor in the methods used at the conventions, such as 'free speach zones"... today one must be QUIET! thats the way the rulers want it. ask no questions.. make no noise. be a quiet little citizen. sorta like the mantra over terrorists..either you are with them or against them... notwithstanding that the way the US treats other people it will use on its own people. how can anyone like the new climate? I dont. so this lady refused to be a schill -a prop for the campaign. maybe if no one showed up they would wish for a disenter. the way it is going- no one will want to show up. arent YOU more then a prop??
