Good morning cool people,

The mode this is expressed as is sinister, to some exent it is... but I wonder about real world applications - pain patients or elderly. This could vastly improve living conditions..maybe even enable someone to stay in the home rather then go to a nursing home.

How far off would you guess home aps are on this?

It is the future of infantry in the military... as has been predicted in science fiction for years. The one advantage of fear in this world is the scientific developments of the military will eventually carry over into the civilian sector and will benefit millions in the future...if we make it to the future.
