Thank you for your thoughts.. lovingpet. About a month ago it was his mom who was in the hospital and now his dad. When one's parents are in their 80's things happen but Master was quite visibly shaken by it this morning. It is truly wonderful to see and be able to enjoy the "softer" side of our domly ones.

he always asks if i have lights on my bike.  and when he dresses me he makes sure i have layers.  its the smallest thing that means the world to me.

The day I will never forget is the day about a week after I had my brain tumour removed. I looked hideous, swollen face, black eyes, bruises everywhere and he wouldn't stop kissing me. It made me feel so special. I certainly knew that day how much he loved me.
