I don't understand what the problem is. I mean, if a person is being sneaky and lying to people that have access to their cell phones about who they are communicating with and what........they've got bigger problems.

I've blown off a lot of stories like this in the past, but that sucker's legit! Sounds like the only thing keeping it from being universal is the need for different interfaces (computer/charger interface) for the different manufacturers. thornhappy

thornhappy, Yes it is legit. If you follow the links to the training site offered by the people who make it you will find all sorts of people are using it: ATF, Customs, Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Private Security, exactly how and why I leave to your imagination. How long before school principals with locker keys have them? I sent the info to a friend who works in a legal office and she was very grateful and it generated an inner office alert memo. Outlier

I don't have a cell phone so no problem. I don't use them, I hate talking on the phone! And I don't own a strawberry, a blackberry, a blueberry a fluffernutter or any of that other stuff either.

Personally, for someone to have access to my phone for that long without me realizing it is kind of far-fetched.. But I think mine is now a permanent appendage, so yanno [:D]

/shrug Personally, I see no issue with it. Law enforcement at the highest levels has had this technology for years; and they don't need a device to access your phones. A court order is all that is needed. Hell, under new laws, they don't even need a court order now...that's only needed if you are arrested and they want to use the information for legal reasons. If you have nothing to hide...what's the big deal?

That's what I was getting at. My phone sets on my desk here at work, all over my house with people in and out. I rarely think to delete anything from it, either call history or text messages. I don't care who sees what. If they should see something they don't like, wellllllllllll then they have only themself to blame!

Apparently some of us value our privacy more then others. I probably will never own a cell phone. I'd rather not carry a tracking device with me… even if they are not now, I’m betting they will be. Kim
