Ok everyone...who is going to the super bowl this year? Who is your favorite NFC team, AFC team. Who are your dark horses? Who doesn't stand a chance in hell but it would be fun to see them be a Cinderella team. My choices: NFC- Dallas or Jacksonville AFC- New Englad or San Diego Dark Horses- Seattle, Jets, Tampa No chance in hell- The lowly Cardinals

Boy, this season looks more wide open than usual. I am pulling for The Chargers to get to the Super Bowl. I still don't trust Norv Turner though. I am curious to see how The Patriots do after last season's crappy ending. You can never count them out. Dallas will be good, but I still will hate them. And The Raiders "commitment to excrement" will continue.

buffalo = easiest schedule....superbowl bound detroit = 4-0 preseason usually this means the team is playoff bound buffalo over detroit 32-24

I live in Colorado and am required to root for the Broncos. Hell, my taxes helped build that damned stadium. That said, the Broncos IMO have the best players in any team that plays so badly. Something about playing as a team eludes them.

Who cares about the multi-million dollar thugs that call themselves "professional football players". Ohio State Bucks have started their season and I won't work Saturdays from now until January

c'mon guys, where's the EXCITEMENT? it's time for football!!! here's my predictions for the year: AFC EAST - PATS AFC WEST - CHARGERS AFC SOUTH - COLTS AFC NORTH - STEELERS WC - BROWNS, JAGS NFC EAST - EAGLES NFC WEST - SEAHAWKS NFC SOUTH - PANTHERS (gonna surprise some ppl this year, fuck the Aints) NFC NORTH - PACKERS WC - VIKINGS, COWBOYS (w/the Bucs and Saints also competing) any of y'all been watching HARD KNOCKS on HBO? it's not as good this year, but it's still pretty entertaining.

Good games, bad games, good teams, bad teams, who cares? It's FOOTBALL! Yipppee!!! College on Saturday and NFL on Thurs, Sun, and Monday! My world is sane again until the end of January! :) Hey, I'm stuck with Bengals games, and if I can still get excited about football, you know I must be a fan. Of everyone but Dallas, that is. This is my first post to the chat boards, but it's finally a topic I am brave enough to chime in on! :)

I love football season. I have a room in Green Bay (2 nights) for all 8 home games. Had 10 trips up north last year until the Giants wrecked everything.. Now they let Favre go to the Jets..It might be a long year for the 12 time world champion Green Bay Packers..

I was hoping that maybe this year Michigan State would get it together, but I don't think this is going to be the year.. However I think OU has a good chance at number one in the big twelve.

A personal friend of mine played for Michigan State. He was one of the best linebackers to ever play there. He was also the Packers # 1 pick in 1958. He was on 2 championship teams with the Pack in 1961 and 62. His name is Dan Currie. I visit him often in Las Vegas where he has lived for almost 30 years...

oh man, that '58 draft class was one of the all-time greats for the packers (or any team, really), yielding nitschke, kramer, taylor and currie in one draft. how do you know Currie, btw?
