i am also.. VOBLA Which is... Dried Herring from Russia which still includes a dried egg sack .. mm yummy[:'(] But Andrew describes the flavor as : "bitter like Iodine, Bitter Salty, Awsome."

i'm cow udder - which i have to say is better than what i saw a philipino nurse eat at work the other day - a fertilized duck egg, with a formed duckling inside it - she called it a bolute (?). Nastiest thing i have ever seen. I had to leave the room when she ate it. Actually, the feathers would have been "red" for me! and crunchy eggs are nasty.
