 Hey there.

I just read where Bill might have redemed Himself with his last speach.

Was he sincere? I think Bill is Very Dominate and because of that I think it didn't set well with Hillary?

But this last speach has me wondering if we will ever see the real Bill??

Always, knees2you

I thought Bill rose to the occasion last night.  Any questions about unity within the Democratic party have now been dispelled, at least IMO.

I don't think Bill is dominant at all. He is a politician.

If you saw Hillary's face each time they showed her during his speech, the woman was glowing. What she see's in him I have no idea but it's obvious they've got something gluing them together.

I'll echo that.  And Bill may just be a very good actor, but when Hillary spoke I saw him beaming with pride.  Whatever kind of relationship they have it seems to work for them.

This was always a marriage of convience. I wonder how long it has been since they slept together? They don't even live together. These two deserve each other..

You are not seeing what we all saw apparently. The look on Hillary's face was of a woman in love for many many years, and no matter what pain he may have caused her, she still loves him. Like their politics or not, they are in love, it works for them. I couldn't stand Reagan, despised him actually, but no doubt he and Nancy were greatly in love with each other. All you had to do was look at them.

Hiliary worked for Bill and has taken a lot of grief being his wife.  I think Bill gets that it's now her turn and he's doing what he can for her, in a supportive role, and the party, of course.  I would not expect to see either of them behaving any differently than they have this past week.

I would like to know what was promised to mend the Democratic fence.  What was Obama's olive branch?  At first I figured it was an ambassadorship.  I read somewhere on these forms that it will be a Supreme Court Justice nod.  Thoughts?

Supreme Court justice? I don't think so. Hillary has never been close to being even a muninciple court judge. And Bill was disbarred for lying under oath to a grand jury..

I remember a speech Bill gave in the mid 90's after he'd returned from visiting friends of Bill in Hollywood.
I forget what it was about but he rubbed his right eye and a minute later he got "emotional" and "started crying," however he was only crying from his right eye!
When people cry they cry from BOTH eyes not just one!
Don't actors have some type of balm they use if they need to cry in a scene?
They should have told Bill to use it in BOTH eyes! lol
Sincere?
I think used car salesmen are more sincere than him!

The great ones can cry on cue.  It's sort of like cumming on command.  I'd imagine.

.....actually it's a hell of a lot easier than cumming on command. i can think of at least a dozen easy tricks to making yourself cry......

I did use the disclaimer I imagine
Cumming on command holds as much appeal to me as  crying on command.

Former President Clinton is a very charismatic and powerful presence on stage.  He gave a great speech at the DNC in support of Senator Obama.

......er......i wasn't suggesting you do either. Crying at will though is a basic job skill for any actor. An old hand once told me that his technique was to hold his hand up to his face, while forcing a sob and then surreptiously plucking a nose hair or two......definitely makes your eyes water......

Bill Clinton didn't mean a word of that speech last night. He is pissed that Hillary didn't get that nomination. You could see it in his eyes.

And that surprises you?? I think if my SO was running for office and I believed they would excel at it, then they were defeated.......... I might be a little upset also.

Whether he meant it or not..........no one held a gun to his head and forced him. It says alot that he was there and even more that he spoke. Regardless of whether you like the guy or not.

He kind of did have a gun pointed to his head, as did Hillary. She is 12 million in debt after her run for the nomination. The DNC and Obama will now pay it off . With no support they would be stuck with it..Thats a lot of money even for the Clintons...

I sensed that he was dead proud of his wife and absolutely besotted with her. Not much more, but then again, I'm not a mind reader, nor am I an eye reader  .
