hmm thats really interesting because socially it seems more appropriate for a guy to love feet as i have never heard of a woman foot lover. Do you mean male feet or both genders

I have never met one.  Sure you get a lot of subs who are into massage and love that aspect of service but I havent seen any who get sexually aroused simply from being near feet.
A fetish is more extreme than normal sensuality as far as I know.
I love giving massage, but it is not a sexual turn on for me.
Whereas for instance, I cannot even walk into a tire store without zoning into subspace and getting wet and horny as heck.  I have an extreme rubber fetish.  Not latex, just rubber.

I have a foot fetish, and although I'm straight I like chix toes more than those of guys. Too mny guys have hobbit feet. I think my foot fetish is more based on the feet as opposed to the gender of same.

I've met several girls who had a bonafide foot fetish--being able to suck and lick my feet was something they knew they wanted from the get-go. Much more common though has been to meet women who wish to be humiliated, and for whom licking my feet was a way we explored that.
