this was pretty nervy in 2008.  the person doesnt have the right to be gay?

It all would have blown over if the school let it go.

Well that settles it.

Gays are people too, because the SCOTUS says so.

Pffft.. Thank god.

This might turn into another issue in the presidential campaign, like gay marriage was in '04'.

Thank god the republicans won and prevented gay marriage in America

All depends if the person is male or female!

It seems that most institutions have this habit of burying their heads in the sand by maintaining the illusion that all their students are heterosexual and non sexual beings. It seems that this will keep the illusion of being upstanding and upholding an image of purity and/or normalcy. I see this as a case where everyone is equal but some are more equal than others, which is a bloody shame especially since it is the 21st century!

Elected school boards, and politically connected school administrators have become cheerleaders for the triumph of ignorance, on so many levels.

ttiumph of ignorance sure doesnt stop with this topic.

I hear on NPR a court ruled in CAL that DRs must treat....  to me that is unworkable. if a DR has issues with me, Ild like to know so I can move on.   the lawsuits on THIS are unproductive, IMO
