I would want her to be a combination of the best aspects of

Marlyin Monroe
Kelly Lebrock as Lisa from Weird Science
Jessica Alba as Max from Dark Angel
Jewel Belair Staite as Kaylee from Firefly
Gillian Anderson
Honor Blackman During her Pussy Galore days
Diana Rigg from her Avenger days (MMMM CAT SUIT)
and Jesse Jane

The perfect woman has already been created in the form of actress Janine Turner.

Termyn8or -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 8:04:02 AM)

My Mother is the perfect Woman, but if I weren't her son, she would be way too good for me.

I don't mean to hijack, but this made me think. I really wouldn't want someone who is perfect.

i am the perfect woman/man.

pahunkboy -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 8:27:21 AM)

-- the men with the hottest looks are often great in bed- but not the type that mom would approve of- and are jerks.

what we want and what we think we want are 2 different things.

I dont know that I would want someone to have that type of power over me.

OrionTheWolf -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 9:44:32 AM)

"You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need."           Mic

Yeah I would not want anyone perfect either, as I like to improve the value of my property.

Irishknight -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 10:49:08 AM)

I married the perfect woman.     I am required to say that by law.

hizgeorgiapeach -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 10:49:15 AM)

While I can understand that sentiment to an extent, Orion, I don't know of many people (myself included) who would want someone that thinks they need any sort of Serious improvement.  If you're looking for someone to "improve" then you've got a case of White Knight syndrome - or you don't want a Person, you want a blow up doll whom you can program to suit yourself.

I know what you're thinking - that it's the cliched "fat chick" copout - but it's not a copout, it's honest opinion.  I don't get into relationships with people whom I think I can "fix" their flaws.  Nor do I want a relationship - ever again - with someone to whom I represent something they consider "fixable to their specifications" or "good enough to work on."  That doesn't cut it, and it makes for an absolutely Loathsome basis of a relationship.  It is doomed for disappointment and failure - and I don't bother with things that I know Prior To Starting are going to fail.  It's not worth the time, when you already know it's going to fail.  The person who Allows themselves to go into a relationship - Knowing that the person intends from the get-go to "improve" them - is desperate and has such a low self worth as to need serious psychological help on a Professional level.  Honestly I PITY anyone who has so little self worth that they resort to allowing themselves to be "improved" to suit someone other than themselves.

I don't want Mr Perfect.  I don't believe that Perfection exists.  We sabotage ourselves and make ourselves miserable by Thinking that - somewhere out there, we just haven't found it yet - Mr or Ms Perfection in Human Form is somehow just waiting for us.  Relationships form, and Last, because we love DESPITE someone's flaws - or perhaps Because of those flaws.  Rather than looking for someone who is "perfect" I would much prefer someone who has "flaws" I can live with and perhaps even find amusing.

I like to teach. I like to share my knowledge. Those that know me on a personal level, become improved in some way. That is their words, not mine.

Ah now something that actually pertains to the OP.

I agree that a lot of what makes us unique, some may see as flaws, and those should stay there so that we remain unique. I also believe that we can improve ourselves everyday, even if it is just reading comprehension we work on.

Termyn8or -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:19:26 PM)

A flaw to one could well be an endearing characteristic to another.

I prefer loyalty to perfection.

rawkmehard -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:25:16 PM)

i want him to be loyal, honest to himself and to me, emotionally available, thoughtful and sweet, confident and self-assured most of the time, and able to trust me enough to confide in me during those moments when his self-doubt gets the best of him.

and i want him to work to better himself and his mastery over me, regardless of how long we're together.

obviously, i'm single right now. *sigh*

i don't want perfect, i just want perfect for me.

hlen5 -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:32:14 PM)

I want Atticus Finch (the Grogory Peck version).

NeedToUseYou -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:42:36 PM)

The perfect woman would realizes I am the truth, I am life, I am meaning, I am the light, without me there is nothing, the days are as dark as a moonless night. Without me her soul can not breathe, she is a husk, a cocoon, who's contents have long ago abandoned it. She is a function without a purpose, a curious wasteful anomaly, a misplaced knickknack on a forgotten shelf.

With me, she is everything.

LOL. [:D]

Vendaval -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:47:15 PM)

Smart man!  lol

I do not pursue nor look for perfection.  The flaws are what make people more interesting.

MissIsis -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 1:51:49 PM)

I don't want a perfect man.  Perfect people are rediculously hard to live with.  The qualities I prefer, are honesty, integrity, responsiblity, and a hard work ethic, & a fairly easy going demeanor.  Anything else is just icing on the cake.

kittinSol -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 2:31:42 PM)

The perfect man .

bipolarber -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 3:11:48 PM)

The problem with creating/meeting the perfect mate... why would they want anything to do with those who created them?

Oh, okay, I'll play the game...

Midori.

(well, that was easy!)

windchymes -> RE: if you could create the perfect woman/man (8/7/2008 3:21:01 PM)

Tom Hanks in "You've Got Mail"  *sigh*
