http://c-span.org/Watch/C-SPAN_rm.aspx some on GOP wont go home. Blame Nancy Pelosi and are in the building for now 1 week. They are calling for her to end the 5 week recess. In a way it is grandstanding and political- yet on the other hand- they DO have a point. what are your thoughts-

They are exercising their rights. I think the only reason Bush hasn't called congress back, is because of Pelosi's stated position that she will not allow the issue to come up for a vote. It is a bit of grandstanding, but what protests aren't?

IMO congress gets too much time off for what the pay is. I think this is damaging to the Dems. Real people ARE concerned with the wallet and each week - we pay- fuel and all connected to it.
