R, we're going to put some solar shingles on our bottom garage roof.  Still checking prices and trying to figure out how many we want. 
Had a hailstorm here a couple of month's back.  It totaled out every ones roof within a 2 mile square.  It isn't leaking...and we've got 2 years to figure out exactly what we want...so we're taking our time.

Aside from the fact you can't find a roofer within 200 miles now.
