Dominants can be nice. They can be stern, they can be strict, they can be manipulative and they can be seemingly evil. They can be stern, strict, mainipulative and evil while being nice.

One of the things I like about dominant people is you never know which side of them you're going to get. I have yet to meet a dom I liked who wasn't multifaceted. My Owner is an excellent example of this: He is by far one of the most terrifying, intense, cruel men I have ever met, but He is far and away one of the nicest guys I know, also. I think you just have to find your 'fine line' and understand that being a nice guy is sometimes the best foundation to being a terrific dominant. However, if people are saying you're too nice, and what they're really doing is politely calling you a pushover, then that's a whole different topic.

my Sir is sensitive, intelligent, smart, funny, loving, sweet, intuitive, nice, caring .... and as dominant a man as i have ever met. To be dominant is one aspect of his personality. It doesn't exclude anything - except submission. and bear in mind that you can catch way more flies with honey than vinegar. [:)]
