I looked but all I'm finding so far is this under help Due to the overly agressive spam control mechanisms used by some email providers, email messages we send out to notify you that you have a new message on our website may be delayed, sent to the spam folder for your email account, or never received at all. Our system will automatically keep trying to send these emails for 48 hours and, not unusually, these notification emails will eventually get through (but much later than when the message was actually sent). Due to this delay, you may end up reading a message on our website hours or even days before you receive the notification email for that message. It is for this reason that users often falsely assume that they are not getting all of their messages and/or notification emails. If you suspect that you may be affected by this problem, we recommend that you check the spam folder associated with your email account to make sure that emails from us are not being marked as spam. Additionally, you should adjust the settings for your email account to prevent future emails from Collarme.com from being blocked by the spam filter. The methods for both of these steps will vary so you will need to refer to the help pages for your email account for specific instructions. Doesnt mention anyone to contact. My next course of action personally would just be to toss a note to one of the mods here asking who to contact. I haven't seen anything in particular relating to this and who to contact so I doubt they'll mind pointing you in the right direction.
