Streatching your balls takes time. Start with an hour at a time per day, longer once you get used to it. Realize rushing it can cause serious damage to your testicles. An increase of 1/4" over a month is about right.

Assuming you take your time and keep it up over a long period of time, how much can one expect to see in the way of stretching and is it perminant.

I very much enjoy CBT.. which to Me includes stetching...I'm always aware of how tight whatever it is that I am using, along with color, and temp. of the ball sac.

hehe - i work in a surgery setting as i can attest, gravity does a lovely job of stretching the scrotum. Just wait a few years and your balls can hit the bed when you lay down. I see it as sort of the male equivalent of drooping boobs. Most attractive.

There's gravity times age.
There's natural position. (Not every man's balls drop the same amount.
For some guys, wearing too tight jeans can cause fertility problems because the testes stay too hot.)

I suppose, actually, it should be called scrotum-stretching; I doubt the actual balls change size much. Of course, I'm sure some more experienced folks will correct me if I mistake.
