Acknowledgement of orignal authors is not only respectful the words written, but can save you an awful lot of problems. Yes. Words you write are copyright protected the moment you put them to 'paper' as it were. Even emails are protected. It's cool you posted they were not your words, but it helps to get permission and to name the author. the.dark.

Of course there is a joy in the interaction but I think you are giving the 'sit back and watch' dynamic a bad rap. I think there is a time and place for it. Being buzzed, as you say, is not completely about you nor is it completely for you. We are visual creatures and sitting back and watching allows us to visually enjoy things we don't always see when up close and personal. Even when there is no physical interection there is a visual intereaction that can be intense. I've had subs that have enjoyed being watched, knowing my focus is completely on them so much they can physically sense my gaze on them, being the star of the show. Maybe if you think of it that way it will help you tolerate it a bit better if you are ever asked to be that star for you Dom.

You also use a quote from me and you never asked my permission, and I from you. Are we in violation? If what I did was some violation of the posting rules then this thread should disappear which would be fine with me. Whoever runs this site is entitled enforce the rules however they please and if they want to remove this thread that then that is up to them. I'm entitled to my opinion and I'll still think it anal if removed.

You weren't talking about knees but you also ignored the reality of the pain to them, just as you ignored the reality of the fact that the Hitachi gets hot and could do damage. Plus claiming you didn't write something, but failing to give proper credit is improper. Next time do some research before proposing something so obviously foolish.

This would have me bored within minutes... and does sound like it could be hurty on the knees. :-/ Not a huge fan of the 'stand back and watch' crowd.... Copying from wiki is not a copyright infringement as it is public usage when acknowledged. The messageboard doesn't allow full copypaste of entire articles. I do not believe it is 'anal' to protect a site from copyright violations so if they chose to remove it, I would see that as nothing more than self preservation.
