Ok so my man is sick, headache, chills, sore throat, aches n pains and generally feeling like hell, so Ive been doing the loving wife thing. Daughter says, "hey whats wrong with dad".... I admit, I rolled my eyes as I said, "he has a cold, hes feeling poorly"....she sent me this, wicked woman, I knew she took after me...... http://youtube.com/watch?v=mYME7l7tXTk

rofl! we can have the same cold/flu whatever and i'm up caring for him and the kids while he lays in bed and sleeps for days. it's funny, proof that if men had babies we'd be at maybe a third of the population we are now. poor darlings can't handle a head cold, god knows they'd die during labor!

Lucy, did you have a sore throat prior to all of it? I've had a sore throat now for three days...but no other symptoms.

a sore throat for three days but no other symptoms could point to allergies. if it's worse in the mornings it could be that you're getting a stuffy nose at night and sleeping with your mouth open to breathe, that'll dry the pipes out and give you a sore throat. i'd check with the doctor, just to be sure, maybe it's a simple solution.

Hey Sub4hire, nope Im ok, its everyone else that is sick, sometimes tho I get a sore-ish throat, for a couple of days and nothing and I figure its been a strain Ive had before and its just taken longer for my body to decimate it. I dont have many allergies to my knowledge and most of them show themselves in a rash(like sunlight)
