The transaction is subject to the approval of InBev and Anheuser-Busch shareholders, and other customary regulatory approvals. Actually, InBev are business, first and foremost, and AB has successfully made itself a huge market, so I doubt there'll be dramatic change, beyond a slow improvement in standards.
