Thanks for everyones opinion ... I did not really find the email upsetting as I figure was just someone getting their thrills but it did lead me to thinking about doms who do demand of their subs to write emails to others involving them into their relationhip and wondered how others view this

livvi I view your situation as far different ..my first Dominant did similiar though it was not a direct order, but he did encourage me to speak with other Dominants including giving me names of some he knew personally inorder to discuss various topics and to get points of view from others inorder to learn more about BDSM

Go to the upper right corner of the forum page and click on
'My Profile'.
Go to the box that says 'Signature' and put in what you want. There is a character limit and I do not know how to make that come out with a colored font. The directions for that are in the 'Testing' forum way way at the bottom of the forum list.

On getting emails like that? I'd just delete them.
Stranger emails do nothing to me, I don't see them as infringing on me because I have absolutely no sort of relationship at all with them.

If someone asks you if you want a cup of tea, are they forcing you to be involved in their tea making kinky fun?

Asking a question is not forcing consent- asking a question is ALLOWING consent.

Now, things like you mentioned are silly and stupid and serve no purpose and I feel bad for the ones who really think that's going to give them any sort of respect- but if that's what makes them happy and feel yummy in their relationship, go for it.

I agree with Maya that such emails are rude and IF a Dominant was behind them they are dumb! However, I wouldn't get My knickers (if I wore them LOL!) in a knot over them, just hit delete. Hmmm given My lack of knickers and generous other assets, perhaps I should resort to the old expression "Don't get your tits in a tangle"

livvi, your request was delightful. Specific, respectful, and shows you'd read the person's profile ... I would be delighted to answer such a request (and have with others in the past). Totally different kettle of fish!
