Personally because Ive been burnt before I tend to pick and choose carefully who I open up to and place trust in. For that reason if someone abuses my trust, they usually don't get a second chance. However, no one is perfect, everyone makes a mistake here and there so I can accept and forgive the occasional mishap as long as everyone is honest, and no one gets hurt.

I don't give second chances, I have only once. It depends on the way you feel about the person. Some people are worth it, other's aren't.

i have given seconde thousand chances to some people an sometimes yes it has backfired.. and i have been given seconde chances by people an i have done my damndest to prove i am worthy of such..i will still always love and care with all of my heart & soul it's who i am.. i have been hurt alot by giving seconde chances and yes i have hurt others.. i will keep doing what i do.. right or wrong it's who i am.. i do give seconde chances in the right circumstances a person can truly change things IF (a BIG if) thats what they truly desire.. i know i DID and i know others can, but in this world.. it's rare..i don't forget what people have done, but if they show me they're different yes in time i can let it go.. but it's not easy..
