OK i am not sure if i have ever run across a thread about this but just curious who started CM cant seem to find anything on it just curious how did it get started

curiouse to know who does he or she even have a profile here on CM do they even come on here anymore or did they just leave and leave it up to the mods to keep it running

She/they are still around.  In my imagination, a bunch of the girls got together for tea, and decided that to start a site to hunt up boys was a grand idea, and one of them actually did the duty.

The owners of the website and the mods have gone to some effort to remain anonymous. I recommend respecting that desire.

I don't think the OP was wanting to out whoever created this website but was simply curious.  I can understand the mod's wanting to remain anonymous though, they really do have to stay on their toes..... it seems like a fairly thankless task at times.

It would be cool to know who started CM if only to thank them for the great people I have met through here in real life and online. [:)]
