I clicked on the thread to find out what an exonomy was, and felt rather stupid that I didn't know. LOL The price of gas hasn't affected my play yet but I'm less interested in boys from out of town than I was a year ago. Also less likely to travel to attend a workshop or other event in Calgary (my sister city, 3 hours from my house). Grr. LS

The economy is putting a real damper on how often Daddy and I can go to the club since we have about an hour's drive (damn traffic). We both have free admission passes to use because we helped with the club's spring cleaning two weekends in a row, but the damn gas prices are insane and it's hard to justify driving 2 hours R/T when He can beat my ass at home. i think the word exonomy is so brilliant you should add it to the urban dictionary defined as anti-economy, a period of capitalist meltdown, situation of negative equity, a time where even air is costly (and bdsm is a lifestyle only afforded by extreme masochists).....[:D]

Wwe are just thankful Wwe are both working full time and paying the bills. Wwe have held off buying any new toys or clothes. Any plans Wwe might make for driving more than 2 hours to meet Oothers in the lifestyle has been suspended. This is one recession it would be wise to respect.
