making an anonymous question, this profile will be deleted as soon as I post this.

I have multiple sexual partners that are all aware of each other. I will call the Amy, Betty, and Carla.

with Amy, I am the pure definition of a "minuteman" cant control the orgasm and I seem to cum within seconds of penitration, then it seems to take an hour or more to be ready to go again.

with Betty, the minimum time for me to orgasm is 5 minutes or so. after I orgasm with her, it takes sometimes as little as 2 or 3 minutes to be ready to go again.

with Carla its an odd combination, better control, but longer wait time before I am erect and ready to go.

I have been with Amy for over 10 years, Betty for 6 months, and Carla I have only been with a couple times.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to improve my abilities with Amy?

Put some topical lidocaine in the condom after you are hard. It will desensitize you and you will literally be able to plow Amy until she cant walk and is sore for three days thereafter. She will not only come back for more, but she will tell her sister who will just have to sample it for herself [:D] Trust me I know. 

The amy issue is because the novelty has worn off and you arent mentally trying to please her. With a new partner there is a certain performance anxiety where you want to "put on a good show".... Same reason that when I go out "on the prowl" so to speak I shower, brush my teeth, make sure every hair is in place,  put on decent clothes, make sure the car is cleaned etc... its miserable, quickquestion, to be the partner to someone like this.  ohhh he SAID it was a compliment to me, that it was "so good" he could only last a minute or so.  no, its not.  from THIS end, it feels like "god, get it over with".

its unsatisfying to the woman, its an insult to her....ESPECIALLY when she is friends with his other partners and finds out that the things he wont do at all with her?  he happily does with woman #2.  or #3.  or so on.  hearing that he can last for up to an hour with pretty much every other woman he's with?  fucking heartbreaking.

yes, this is personal to me (no, i dont think the OP is my soon-to-be ex.) and i have hurt feelings still.  obviously each person you're with is going to inspire different feelings, and each person is going to do different things with different reactions.

get yourself (and your hormones) under control and make sure its all good for your partner also.  unless, of course, you get off on your getting off and leaving her frustrated.

Minute man... five minute man... whats the difference in the long run?  I don't care how many one minutes or five minutes I can get within a few minutes or an hour... a minute man belongs in a history book, not my bed.  When a man's cum is more important than trying to please his partner so that both are pleased, I believe there is a serious problem.  Three strokes and you're out belongs in the game of baseball, not the game of lovin.

Easier Answer.

The Vaginal Canal Tecture is different so is the ability to lubricate the canal. Because of this Friction is different, Friction causes the spongy tissue in the tip of your penis to ejaculate so the more firction the faster you will come and the longer it will take to recouperate after.

Stamina can be increased by using a numbing cream and a change in your diet cutting out unnecessary red meat because it does cause the recovery time to lengthen.

and finally you need to understand that Phermones have much more to do with your recovery time then anything else you may enjoy sex with all of them but the one you find easiest to recover from is most likely the one who has the most arractive Pheremone signature.
