8 tracks... about the size of a paperback novel, little smaller... the music divided into 4 sections (like an album or cassette was divided into 2), and often, when time ran out on one section, it would be in the middle of a song... the song would fade out............ silence......... then a caCLICK sound as it went to the next section..... silence........ then the song would roughly pick up where it left off.....
 
Thank goodness for CDs lol.
