Can anyone recommend a post-ejaculatory restorative?

Status: offline 		I've been experimenting with different foods and drinks to restore my energy quickly after an orgasm. What I've found so far is that what I eat is less important than that I do eat, and that I consume a lot of whatever it is. After two successive orgasms last night, I wolfed down four huge muffins and about a gallon of some fruit juice concoction from the grocery store that had DHEA and Omega-3. My horniness and overall energy shot back up almost immediately, but it's hard to say if that's more because of the healthy stuff in the juice or because of the sheer number of calories I put down.

What do you all recommend as a post-ejaculatory restorative? (I just love phrasing it that way--it makes me feel like Jeeves.)

Status: offline 		IME you are going to do pretty well treating it as if you were engaged in any other vigorous exercise. Gatorade or some other sports drink has always helped me greatly.

Status: offline 		Its not the calories or the food, its the rehydration. Water will do it, gatorde or something else with sugar and electorlytes will do it better.

Humm, You have no profile on the other side.  I feel so thwarted, LOL.
 
The actual time between erections is generally called 'the recovery time.  Most M.D.s believe that in healthy men, the recovery time is affected by age; with young men having shorter times than older men.

Not sure why anyone would have to replenish fluids and such after just one orgasm. I mean how much do you lose...a tablespoon? I know that guys are "spent" afterward and many need a quart of fluid a 3 course meal and a 4 hour nap. Not sure why though. I can have about a hundred orgasms (and lose a lot more fluid) to every one of theirs and all I have ever needed is a sip of something cool and I'm good to go. Men are lightweights! Sheesh...lol.
