The White House in December refused to accept the Environmental Protection Agency’s conclusion that greenhouse gases are pollutants that must be controlled, telling agency officials that an e-mail message containing the document would not be opened, senior E.P.A. officials said last week.

The same people whining about global warming now were predicting an ice age during the 70's . GOD BLESS HYDROCARBONS! I think Im gonna light the grill to celebrate... Next, we will have all Natural History Museums turned into bible study areas.

Status: offline 		What a complete and utter f**ktard Bush is.  I still say Congress should commence Impeachment Proceedings; the arguments against doing so just don't wash wih me.  He still has six months in office.  $50 says he pardons a bunch of people on the last day he's in office.
 
He makes even the sleaziest Florida politician look well-informed and somewhat normal!

I told the lady that all my donations now go to The Minutemen until the repubs get that Mexican border closed and start enforcing our immigration laws.
As for Bush, fuck him!
He was bought and paid for by big corporations.
He owes a public apology to the Minutemen!

Much as I enjoy baiting strangers who call my house -- especially ones looking for money -- Popeye, the people who man the phones in a campaign, even a national one, are usually the lowliest grunts who volunteer their time and never see any payoff from the political party whatsoever.
 
I can understand the irresitable impluse to tell a political phone bank worker why you're not voting for his candidate -- it's just so much fun!  But have a bit of pity on them, Popeye; not only are they taken advantahe of, but they're working for the wrong damned candidate.
 
(Been there, done that, got the tee shirt.)

There already is one of those, and it happens to be just anhour from my house. Google "Answers in Genesis" and you can pull up information about it.

I went with some friends last year. A very scarry place. Marketed and presented in a very slick way, much like a Disney experience. The scariest thing was perhaps that all the people walking through all the various exhibits parading myth as scientific fact actually looked normal (something tells me some of them were into a conservative christian kind of kink, too).

I figure Cheney, Rumsfeld, Yoo, Rove, Libby, Addington, Ashcroft, Gonzales and Wolfowitz are mortal locks for pardons. I'm wondering if GWB will try pardoning himself as well.

Although I bet he learned this one lesson from his old man and will issue the pardons after 6PM pacific time on Christmas Eve.
