It seems that the "Change" candidate has been sleeping around with ADM. Say it ain't so!!! Obama the great and pure tied to lobbyists??? I'm heartbroken. Is there an ADM lobbyist on Obama`s staff?lol McCain has nothing but lobbyists on his staff.McCain has a personal "leave no lobbyist behind " policy in his campaign.lol Like Phil Graham,the father of the "Enron Loophole" that allows speculators to rip us off? Or the other guy who`s knee deep in the predatory lending scandals? I think that`s what people refer to as being influenced by lobbyists.You know,the negitive ,bad anti public good influences. Not good ,productive associations like Obama`s and Alt fuel plants.lol,lol,....lol He never claimed to be an angle.He only said that lobbyists wouldn`t be a part of his campaign. You seem more jealous than outraged.

Yea, when you want to talk about being in bed with the lobbyist's. McCain only has to look at his staff, you know the staff he refuses to fire, but ask's that Obama does.

Ever meet a "do as I say,not as I do" boss or leader? Sometimes they are a success,most times not but are always a pain to work for. I think Obama will be leading from the front and by example. Not an easy thing for hypocrites to overcome.

Great point - everybody's doing it. And the fact that Obama acts exactly like the Republicans act makes everything alright... Even better than the Republicans (and Big Oil), ADM is just a lovable, huggable, tiny little Mom & Pop farming operation with only the best intentions. Feeding the world's poor, and providing us all with ultra low-cost ethanol to power our cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. Practically for free, even! Archer Daniels Midland - The People's Company. Right?

That response mirrors what occurred to me when I saw that the replies to my original post were basically, "So? So? So? McCain does it too!!!" And really, Obama has set himself up as the candidate of "change". He's supposed to be the messiah... the second coming of JFK, MLK, and Ghandi... all rolled up into one. He's the rock star, pure and unblemished by experience (spit). So, everybody can quit falling on their faces in worship of the Great Obama. He's just another power hungry, money-grubbing dirty politician. When is he lying, when his lips are moving... Just like everybody else. He'll say what he thinks he needs to say to get elected, afterwards he goes to the highest bidder... or he does an intern. Smokes crack and sells missile technology to the Chinese. I am laughing because most people KNOW that you can't get as far as Obama, and not have friends in high and low places. Obama has big backers behind him. He came out of the Chicago "political machine". Aren't we talking about politics and politicians? As much as I like Obama.......drumroll please..... He is a Harvard trained LAWYER and a politican! nuff said Obama can stomp with the big dogs, that is why he is where he is now. [;)]
