Status: offline 		i'm curious about these two 'kinks'.  i've done a lot of minor exhibitionism (like giving te driver a bj while the car was moving; sex on the beach, etc.)  but i don't have any interest in topless beaches or nudist camps.
 
i don't have any experience with voyuerism.  Do M/many P/pl with this 'kink' want to join the fun -- or do T/they really just wanna watch?  Is there some reason strip clubs or porn won't do it for T/them?
 
Thanks for an info or opinions.

re: voyerism most times i just like to watch when i am in that space...i get a nice contact high, and i dont need more then that....but when i am invited in on a sceen be fun too, but i really want to know the people involved and know it is ok, because it really can be such a dramatic shift in energy to change a scene in the middle by spontaniously adding elements like other people.....

Status: offline 		I love exhibitionism, now. We don't do nudist beaches or camps either. That for us wouldn't serve the purpose, it would be too aimless if that makes any sense at all? For me getting "forced" into exhibitionism has just simply opened up another door that I had no idea even existed. Even more thrilling/frightening is finding out that I love it.

The exhibitionism serves as a focus for me. I was terrified of others watching me, if I saw them watching I was apt to freeze up then get furious with myself "I can do this" and had to focus myself to where there was only he and I and all that beautiful energy in the environment. I'm still aware others are there, but now they are one dimensional. It's progressed slowly, from just walking thru a room of people to having sex with others watching. Even now I have to purposely stop myself from looking to see who's looking or it can be to be a bit much seeing all those eyes looking back at me. Crazy isn't it? but afterwards it's exciting to know that I did it.

A girlfriend of mine & I were talking sometime back, she likes watching. I told her I didn't. She said it was impossibly to be an exhibitionist without being a voyer. I disagree. Maybe it's a stage I haven't reached yet but for me it's not something I'm comfortable with, though I have tried. I'm not wild about porno flicks either, most just make me uncomfortable. I know I ses folks who are voyers but aren't necessarily exhibitionists at the clubs we go to.

Status: offline 		Being a nudist myself, it isn't about exhibitionism at all.  Its about being free.  There is something to be said for the sun radiating off your body.  Men know how this feels...and unless you are a nudist you've never felt it.  Just being with nature.

As far as exhibitionism goes, Doug and I have had scenes in the forest in the past.  Yard...well just about anywhere semi secluded.  Nobody was around and if they were, we wouldn't care.  If they needed a show that badly and would go to that length then we figured they could have one.  Although we never have once set out to be seen.  That is beyond any kink we have.  We just have fun, if anyone is around where they shouldn't be so be it.


Voyerism to me this is blatant...like our paperboy peering into our windows.  Me catching him and he tells his mother that he was taking a shortcut...a shortcut of course that required a ten minute peep into the windows.  So, to me that is a peeping tom type of person.  To others I'm sure they view it differently.  Voyeurs get off on whatever they see.  They are repeat offenders.  I really don't think they'd want to participate even if asked...I'm sure a select few would but the majority..no. 

Strip clubs...that may be different.  There is no rush of  adrenaline there, they cannot get caught and I think the  adrenaline plays an important part.

Status: offline 		i get the mail and put out the trash in my boxer briefs , but i am not sure if its exhibitionism or just being lazy ,i would do it nude but the strong az sun would burn me .There is a difference of the sun radiating off your body and spontaneous combustion  gotta be careful here in Arizona lol .

That's Arizona, been there done that.  It's nice but I don't know if I'd want it all of the time.

Status: offline 		I heard a great show from Sex is Run about voyeurism and exhibitionism.  Most people that enjoy either tend to lean toward one end or the other - though some enjoy both.  Some are also cultural.  True voyeurs really only want to watch.  This is part of the thrill in cuckholding situations; a man being "forced" to watch someone else with their partner.  Any joining in should be talked about in advance.  A woman who may be an exhibitionist for a session or during sex might feel incredibly different about the scene if all of a sudden the watcher became involved.  All consenting parties should know the rules ahead of time.  In nothing else, at least the Dom/me should set the ground rules.  (I have read of very successful sessions where a watcher had been asked to join in by the Dom/me in advance and it was a surprise for the sub but turned out the be very exciting for all involved.)

As a voyeur, I enjoy the simple experience of watching.  One reason I enjoy group scenes is that they allow me the opportunity to step back an voyeur for a while.  But I like to watch even if I'm not involved in any other way. 
Strip clubs are not as satisfying as BDSM or sex clubs or private venues, because the activities at strip clubs are quite limited.  Porn is not as satisfying for a few reasons, including the fact that it's not real.  Additionally, I can't make porn do what I want, while I often can arrange scenes as I want as a voyeur.

I'm with you.  Did she explain why she felt that way?  It sounds no more logical t me than saying, for example, that one can't be a masochist without being a sadist.

if you listen to Dr. Laura or Dr. Phil or watch a reality show on TV, you are indeed a voyeur--- into another's mind, emotions and the daily activities that make up their lives.  Master's voyuerism is selective according to His sadistic nature...for example, He only watches the first few episodes of shows like "So You Think You Can Dance" or "America's Got Talent", so He can laugh at the ones who wouldn't have even made it to the "Gong Show".
 
you've never enjoyed a live performance from the position of audience member?  we saw the play "Wicked" on Broadway and the experience just would not have been the same watching it on videotape, DVD or Blu-Ray.  no matter how great the picture on the TV screen is, nothing beats a "live" performance, "vanilla" or otherwise.

Status: offline 		Anyone who knows me knows that I am incredibly voyeuristic.  At a party, I will get as close as I can to a scene (without invading their space hopefully) and watch whatever is happening..  I hate going to vanilla clubs anymore because there won't be anyone getting spanked in one corner, or giving head in another... I agree ChamberQueen, having someone else join in does change the dynamics. It's either a disruption, or if done correctly incredibly heightens the experience. It takes a really good mindset for me to be able to accept a 3rd in our play.
