Don't know - it decided to bite the big one and die for no apparant reason a couple of months ago, so I replaced it with a brand new digital flat screen.  Why not go with the best being offered - even though more expensive initally - when ya already know that the cheap model is simply gonna have to be replaced in a year anyway?

Probably not ebay, because the shipping costs for an old tube TV will generally exceed its value.

I've never owned or wanted to own a TV. Besides...selling humans on eBay is against their TOSn not to mention highly illegal.

I already have my two dtv boxes for my analog televisions. My sets have a good bit of life left in them. The Digital Stream box that Radio Shack sells does a great job. Digital TV rocks.

Not to mention that the change only affects over the airwaves broadcast reception... Cable or Sattelite customers will have no problem. Also the old TV's will still work just fine for viewing DVD's or VHS tapes, playing games etc...

I have digital HD TV's in my house, but it wouldnt have affected me anyway as I have DirectTV. I just took the old TV's to the office to put them in classrooms to play training tapes on then wrote off the new ones I bought .

i have one tv that is in a room with no cable, so i use rabbit ears on it.  i just got a coupon for the box needed to have it still work when the change happens.  i guess time will tell if it works or not. 

every dang store around here carries them right now......i guess i better get one while the gettings good.
