I doubt that newness to CM has anything at all to do with it. EVERYbody gets to deal with the clueless ones, no matter how long they've been here. At least, that's the impression I get from talking with my friends here, and from reading the forums.

Actually not really. Just recently I was approached on line by someone I had never had contact with before and immediately he wanted to know if I would be interested in subbing to him. Oh and then wanted to know about my nipples! LOL

And they should if they have egos that big. I reckon all Doms have to have egos to a certain point otherwise we couldn't do a lot of things we do. But some just get over bloated thinking no one would want to turn them down. I have had people contact my slave and my ex's when we were together, when told they were already taken the Dom (and I use this term lightly) said I am your Dom now, and you will know what it is to be owned by a real Dom. Or words to that effect.

yes, they will speak along those lines. i heard similiar when i was 'under consideration'( i use the term lightly, since i said no).

as to big ego's,there is a time and a place.........some fool w/ no profile is not one of them,lol....

besides stroking those ego's is somewhat in the job description...........of the sub/slave

For one, the same reason that spam still comes in my email... because people who say "not interested" sometimes come arund. I've seen women with "no men" end up picking up a guy who just asked right. I've seen a "single black men" girl end up with a white couple. As long as reasking sometimes yields results, you will get people who reask.

Another reason is curiousity. Sometimes people want to know *why* they were rejected.

Somtimes they think it's just that they wrote it the wrong way. You are not seein gthe correct side of them, but if you just take the time to look, it will be different.

There are a number of reasons... and the simple truth is that persisting against "not interested" won't typically lower their chances (though I find it rather rude myself).

They need more edjumacation about how to behave in polite society

i just had this experience. A man sent me a half-nude pic of Him rather than answering my questions about his values, and was extremely angry when i told him "no". Told me i was too sensitive and to get off the site..i just love seeing insults and silly commands in the email i get. *sigh*
