Ahhhh that brings back many good memories from my wild youth! Here in Canada, it's been a popular way to cruise for anonymous sex in most of the major cities for many years. Moreso for gay and closeted men looking for man to man sex and who get their thrills from public sex! The first married guy I played with introduced me to the pleasures of cruising parking lots late at night, you'd park in a darkened area, roll down the window half way and wait until someone to approach and then would ask if we'd be interested in hooking up. Then we'd either find a secluded spot for a 3 way quickie.
