I was curious, what is the longest a male can go without any use of device (chastity) without milking and still being healthy? Also what as their motivation? And is there a certain method for one male to start getting into eating hiw own cum. I have seen and heard it but can't bring myself to try it. Is there someone forcing you to or what?

This is a pet peeve of mine. The reality is that the jury is still out, but there are indications that long-term male celibacy can increase the risk of prostate cancer. Smoking is probably more dangerous cancer-wise. Here's an example:

OBJECTIVE: To assess whether prostate cancer might be related to hormone levels and, by inference, to differences in sexual activity. PATIENTS, SUBJECTS AND METHODS: In a case-control study of men with prostate cancer aged < 70 years at diagnosis and age-matched control subjects, information was collected on two aspects of sexual activity; the number of sexual partners and the frequency of total ejaculations during the third to fifth decades of life. RESULTS: There was no association of prostate cancer with the number of sexual partners or with the maximum number of ejaculations in 24 h. There was a negative trend (P < 0.01) for the association between risk and number of ejaculations in the third decade, independent of those in the fourth or fifth. Men who averaged five or more ejaculations weekly in their 20s had an odds ratio (95% confidence interval) of 0.66 (0.49-0.87) compared with those who ejaculated less often. CONCLUSIONS: The null association with the number of sexual partners argues against infection as a cause of prostate cancer in this population. Ejaculatory frequency, especially in early adult life, is negatively associated with the risk of prostate cancer, and thus the molecular biological consequences of suppressed or diminished ejaculation are worthy of further research.

I bolded the last line. In English, it means that the young men they studied who never ejaculated had a higher rate of prostate cancer than young men who did -- so this is something that deserves further study.

Short answer: nobody knows. Longer answer: it will probably elevate your risk.

I frequently go long amounts of time without ejaculating, and pretty much my only motivation is that I simply love the feeling of someone else having power over my orgasms.

On the matter of eating your own cum, I can see why it's a problem. Obviously things that seem sexy to you when you're in the heat of the moment may become less appealing after you've came. I don't find it a problem if there's a Domme there to make me eat it, just hearing her order me to is enough to make me want to! But if you're just doing it alone, I've heard of alot of men who freeze their cum in an ice cube tray, then later on when it seems appealing again, they can just put the ice cube on their tongue... In some ways, it's a much worse torture, as you just have to leave it there to melt. There's a girl who dominates me frequently who loves having me do that.

Still can't say I enjoy the taste much, though.

There is only one study I know of that looked at this question. It was done in Australia. They found that men in their 20s who masturbated 5 or more times per week had a lower chance of developing prostate cancer.

Of course this is purely a correlational study. And the popular scientific phrase is "correlation does not equal causation." However conducting a true study is probably impossible. So we may never be able to prove it either way. The theory makes sense though that the more ejaculation the more the system is flushed out.

I have to laugh when I read all these posts about "milking" and health it just seems to be something that is so mutually accepted as a needed practice. It's just bullshit in reality. Fact is a man can go forever without ejaculating wiithout any harm. As far as genetics go, yeah, there is always something that is going to cause some disease. My vision is getting a little hazy, but I doubt it is due to chronic masturbation. Think about this...ever go to a doctor that told you you should be masturbating regularly for your health? I say enjoy the feeling......and as far as eating your own cum, sometimes food just tastes better with the right presentation. 'nough said.

Probably as much of a urologist as the other self proclaimed ones on here that think it is unhealthy if you're not milked every now and then. Course, I do suppose all that cum would build up eventually over time and would explode somewhere in the body like a balloon, so I could see their point! Sheesh! It's amazing what can be accepted as fact.
