Thats why I decided to use buttons for my nephews knitted wrapping packages (I knitted easter eggs and easter bunny for him in which I hide his actual easter present, so my brother or sister in law can hide that bunny and eggs for him to find) and will do so again for his adventskalendar as I thought it is not a good idea to let my nephew, at the tender age of 2, use a scissor to cut them open to get his pressies out...don't want to encourage him to cut off other stuff to check if there is something inside as well....or give him the wrong impression that it would be ok to cut into toys...so he can open buttons and on the easter egg he can pull the yarn that it opens itself for him, so no scissers needed [:)]
And jeff, as others said, plese get advice from doc first. I know what you mean as I over and underdose myself at times with my fibro meds, taking by now at times tripple doses at night time but please be careful with your sort of meds.
