I swear that Mom is crazy.

She has smear vicks rub on her chest and put the heating pad in it.  She remembers doing it like a child but it was hot flannel back then.

That beats the chili pepper pad that I was going to put on her.

That's bloody dangerous.  All the menthol type rubs say not to use a heating pad at the same time.

We should make it home today! YAY!

Of course I will have time to do my laundry, have a couple Butterhead snuggles, buy a few groceries, and then head out again. Alabama this time.

I did get to talk to Thorny this trip. I would have gotten to meet her if she would have answered her darn phone in a timely manner. Ah well. There will be other trips! :-)

I hope that the rest of you are doing well.

As I understand it, last night Lawrence had a severe thunderstorm warning. Only in Kansas do you get a thunderstorm complete with pouring rain, while there is still snow on the ground. It is a crazy place I tell ya! Clazy!

mmmmmm.....sunshine, a wonderful fresh breeze, 72 degrees.....the trees in front of my windows all have the little helicopter seeds on them....just a few days ago, they were buds!  The buds have opened and there are little tiny leaves on them!  I love spring!
