Morning everyone. Day 6 of wearing the damned heart monitor. I get to thinking about New Orleans. I miss the beignets, the po'boys, the crewes having a parade every day...not to mention the king cakes. I got 3 babys in a row, so that means I have to get the next 3 cakes... got to go food shopping in a bit. I am running out of cereal and I won't touch the Special K with fruit and yogurt...it hurts my jaw.

Mom brought 4 quarts of Blue Bell...I got a gallon of chocolate chip cookie dough. Mom can have the cookies and creme and the Dutch chocolate. Mom brought the big pack of Fudge Rounds. I will eat them if I tempted..drools Damned monitor kept beeping at me. I was nowhere near a payphone or a cell. Would of used the store phone but that inverses the stores main line . Get home, now the monitor is going F. WTF does that mean? I just want the monitor to stop! I did buy the frozen mac and cheese for myself. Mom got Ghirardelli candies... YEA!!! Mom is going to the hospital. A friend of the family is sick. I need to clear out the panty and bra drawer My new bras are missing and somehow, my panties are too small Give me the t-shirt bazooka! Did I mention that the panties are too small. Someone thinks that I am too skinny I am not Mae West, but we have the same attitude.

I'm so sorry for you, Thorny.....got any sunshine grenades? It's 44 degrees according to the weather thingy on my toolbar, but I was outside, and it feels a bit warmer......the sun is out!

Lookie here...this thread is almost on the 3rd page and apparently I am the only person that cares about the main 2 people that it is named for. Oh yea...Jeff, I suggest that you keep the snow and ice to the north. There was frost on the ground today.

Usually its Jeff that gets worried....I want to beat him to the punch. Good Gods...tell me that she did not drive in the snow and back up...after what she did to the reindeer, I am afraid about the truck and the house. So far the house has put her into the hospital. I go for that LO has tied her to a chair and duct taped her mouth.

Chicken and fried bean tosados! I have been craving Mexican food like crazy so Mom is cooking it. I had to tell her how the restaurants do it. nom nom nom

I made tortilla soup about a month ago...and cheated by using one o' them rotisserie chickens. Didn't taste right at all, the texture was off. I figure the next batch o' soup will be better; I've got a better idea of the ingredient ratios and what size pot to use.

I made a pot of chicken noodle soup....I found the kluski noodles at Publix, so I used them instead of rice. I love them! They cook up to the consistency of the noodles in canned chicken noodle soup, they almost NEVER overcook, no matter how many times you reheat it. Winter time comfort food....nothing beats it! It always warms me up! I have a couple of job interviews this week......YEAAAA.....customer service jobs, not police jobs......I'm thinking I'm about done with that for a bit.....all the stressing about getting thru probation and the other stress....I've decided that I just don't need it. And I have a dental appointment tomorrow to get two teeth pulled before my benefits run out.....I'm not looking forward to it....I HATE the dentist! But they have to come out......both are broken. {sigh} I hope I'm not too puffy afterwards.....I have one of the interviews on Wednesday......
