June already.... wow! Well, I finally got my pool up and have gotten to use it a few times. To damn much rain here!! Twice spent the weekend in the hospital the beginning of the month, something I can't spell, the sack around her heart was/is inflamed, something to do with her RA. She's doing better now but it'll take some time to fully recover. Soooo, I'm renewing my cooking skills. I don't cook nearly as well as she does but we aren't starving. She scared the hell outta us! And yes, we are staying on her to take it easy, a difficult feat for her!

And my "unicorn" is moving in this month!! YAY!! Yes, I finally found one, his nic here is timsubspirit.

And happy belated B-Day Jay!!!! And news for you... my sugar is getting easier and easier to control now... lots of good days and lessor bad ones!! And with my unicorn around to massage my feet I'm actually regaining feeling in my toes!! So it's a good month around here.

Thanks Jewel and that's good news about Your blood sugar! Well done! And congrats on finding your unicorn at last too, I hope it all works out really well. Twice has given all her friends a big scare with the pericarditis (teaching Human Biology comes in handy!) ... and I can imagine it's quite a task keeping her to bed rest! she is so incredibly on the go when she can be, she makes Me feel exhausted just reading about all she does! I hope there will be happy times ahead for the whole household and I have been a bit worried seeing the reports about the torrential rain over in Your neck of the woods so glad to hear it hasn't adversely affected You.

Sympathies aidan and Shakti for having to be apart for a while, glad you are seeing it as a time to prepare for the future aidan! Hope everything works well and I would be interested to hear more about the archaelogy too!

And to those like Lashra and MsLemon who are facing some challenges ... hope things improve and that You have all the support You need around You!

Than you so much Jay. Right now taking each day as it comes. Both medical procedures on loved ones done this morning and thus far positive news from each though my Dad will have to stay in the hospital longer than he imagined/wants. The rest can/will work itself out as the universe provides and I'm just letting it be rather than striving against it.

Thanx Jay...

Twice is doing ok still, unfortunately not getting any better at this moment... We're keeping an eye on her. She goes back to the doc Wed but if things keep going the way they are it may be another trip to the hospital for her instead. We made her accept a/c in her room, it helps keep the humidity down so that she can breath a little better.

I'm sooooooooooo sick of this rain!!! We haven't had one full week of sunshine in months! I keep expecting to see parrots and monkeys in the trees around here... I'm pretty sure we've accidently moved into a rain forrest! Thank the Goddess for a/c!

And tim will be here Sunday, I've cleaned out room in my closet for him (my neighbor made out like a bandit!!), well, for his clothes that is... lol. I'm pretty excited.

Well, more storms on the way... so I'm just gonna go kick it in bed and watch tv.
