Do you believe this or better still actually had a real life experience with this deal?

We are seeking a male DOM/MASTER to work with one of our female models. I work on her management team. The session is to be a 100% no limits session, and we are looking for the most hardcore of doms. No. Finding a "Dom" for a bdsm porn is wayyy easier than you think it would be. Unless they are being very, very picky on the looks of the guy, I'm going to say this is a fake. If they wanted a dom, they could send her to work for PD from Insex, or one of the Kink.com website.

I've been told that the bigger websites get entirely too many applications from guys wanting to be in a flick.

If they're seeking very hardcore medical play, then probably there aren't that many guys who are knowledgable who are also willing to be seen on camera. A doctor in real life isn't going to want to be a porn star.

If they're also looking for a guy with young, studly muscles with all this experience, it will be even harder. A medic just out of the army is probably the best bet.
