I agree with the.dark about reattaching a photo. Without one it can be very hard to attract any interest unless you have a spectacularly written profile and post copiously on the forums.

The main reason people perve profiles is they read something they write on the boards. Get rid of the vanilla ice cream cone. Most of all, recognize that submissive women often do not make initial contact. DA, I have never found it necessary to hide, block or blacklist anyone on this site. Kind of what you said - just don't have the emotional energy invested. Even the nastiest letter writers - the nastiest on i can think of wrote me a few letters making comments about my size and beauty (too much of the first, not enough of the second) and how that dovetailed into my interest list in ways he found humourous - wrote me a total of three letters. It is just too easy to ignore him, to bother blacklisting him. On a local vanilla site from my hometown, i have blacklisted half a dozen people - but my blacklist list doesn't show it. They were all annoying people willing to write me daily, usually with proposals of marriage. (Green card seekers - i gave in my second marriage, so, sorry, i've alreay done my bit). They almost always end up banned from the site, so it looks like i have never blacklisted. it is, as you said, all about the emotional energy you put into people you don't even know. Master thinks i'm sexy as hell, so what do i care what some stranger from the other side of the country thinks? <shrug>

Tsat, I agree with that in principle and have only blocked one person so as to avoid creating additional work for Moderator 11. See she likes to poke and taunt and make unfounded and slanderous allegations and then when she gets bitchslapped she runs crying to the mod. One would think that since I blocked her she would have the courtesy to do the same but as quotes in numerous threads show, shes still unhealthily obsessed with me. How cute. Case in point - someone from somewhere online called the Flight Standards District Office in Houston. WHOOOOOOOPPPPPPPS there are only 16,538 active airmen handled out of that office - not including NASA or military pilots... 4,096 of whom can istruct on the basis of being ATP's, and 2102 of whom hold CFI or other instructor ratings... [:D][:D][:D] How do I know this? Because the ASI who fielded the call, a pilot himself, was laughing in a bar about "some crazy bitch calling to complain about a mentally unstable pilot who posts online".... But by God the "mentally unstable" pilot drives a Corvette... Well THAT narrows it right down - so does the ASI and three of the five guys he was telling the story to! LOL 16,538 active civilian pilots in the region, plus NASA and Military... Gee wonder how many drive Vettes??? Unhealty, simply unhealthy regardless of who it was, what site they came from, or who they were talking about because out of 16,538 pilots Im not going to presume Im the only one special enough to have his own sick little online stalker... But the moral to THIS story for the original poster is - beware what you wish for. Not all attention is positive and while you are eager, beware what you share because some people are just fucking nuts... [:D]
