Hillary supporters, many from crucial swing states of Florida and Michigan, are planing a protest rally outside the hotel where the Democrat Rules Committee plans to make a decision on what to do with the delegates from Florida and Michigan.

Democrats in Florida and Michigan have become increasingly angry and polls show more than 1/4 say they will either vote for McCain or not vote at all if the Democratic party refuses to seat all delegates from both states. Many Democrats have become so angry they have demanded the DNC return their campaign contributions.

Here is what the protesters have been saying...
"You cannot willfully silence the voices of millions and then expect those voices to support you in the general election.""The DNC will never get another nickel from me.""More than ever, you ... are showing your disrespect and hatred for women by your actions."

So between Billary and the DNC, we are going to get McCain for president.

I'd take either Hillary or McCain over Obama.

I was just stating that it seems that between her fighting to split the vot in her own party and the DNC itself, a lot of people seem to be leaning toward McCain that normally would not.  Whoever gets the nomination from the DNC is going to have a hell of a fight uniting the party again.

i don't blame them and i still am not understanding what happened with the votes in those states, but i'd be pissed too....

I don't feel the least bit sorry for them nor can I empathize.  Their state democratic organization is part of a bigger organization.  The bigger group said "Don't move your primary."  They did it anyway and the larger group discounted their votes.  If you claim to support a group and you claim to be a part of it, thimbing your nose at their rules is a bad thing.  I was amazed that the DNC did anything.  I guess they need to show that they can keep order in their own house.

How many months of this stuff have we got left again? (Not counting the post election whining).

Too many.  Of course, someone will be jockeying for position 5 minutes after the election so that they can start it all over again.
