the woman's fight was the best fight on saturday...the rest were all shit. they are all complaining about the pure crap that was going on...even commented on the lame cheerleaders that looked like something out of highschool. it wasnt ufc afterall...it was elite xc or whatever.. the ref's stopped the fights way too early and it wouldnt have happened like that if it was on ppv but since it was free on cbs they couldnt let it go on.

Yeah, the stoppages were crap, I think you're right as to the reason why as well. The fight just before Kimbo/Thompson was shaping up pretty well before the bogus stoppage, but that was partly the fighter's fault for telling the doctor he couldn'r see, instead of saying "check me when the five minutes are up."
