Status: offline 		Why not just insulate the pipe?  Our fittings freeze during the winter...they sell caps that cover them.  Protect them from freezing.
I had a hydrant put in outside of the greenhouse last year.  No water stays in the hydrant so it doesn't freeze. 

You may want to look into one of those small heaters.
