Seriously, there might be some sort of control aspect to thins that I'm missing, but it just doesn't have the same effect as a female sitting on their partner's face. The angle of the genitals meeting the face is more conducive to a good time... I would think... (and this is just IMO) that the male version of this would be to restrain the sub in a kneeling position for some "forced" cocksucking. Or possibly have the sub lying on their backs, at the edge of a bed/couch/bondage table with their head tilted slightly back into a "receiver" position. (This is an especially nice one, as it allows for very deep penetration of the throat.)
