Taint worship? Seriously, there might be some sort of control aspect to thins that I'm missing, but it just doesn't have the same effect as a female sitting on their partner's face. The angle of the genitals meeting the face is more conducive to a good time... I would think... (and this is just IMO) that the male version of this would be to restrain the sub in a kneeling position for some "forced" cocksucking.
