If Obama keeps sticking his foot in it you'll be the only one voting for him. We can't eat all we want??? WTF. This is typical of him. I could go on a rant and list everything but then I'd just get more nasty emails, but it's one thing after another with BO. It will be interesting to see if the Republicans truely have the dirt they are rumored to have on Obama's wife. There is a rumor going around that the GOP has obtained a video of Michelle Obama ranting and raving against "whitey" while in church. They say the GOP is sitting on the tape and waiting to use it after Obama is nominated. If this is true, Obama will be effectively swiftboated.

The part about "eating" was stupid. And Sanity, Bush does say things that stupid, and Obama has a long way to go to catch up in that dept. [:D] I'd like to hear him clarify what he meant. There's plenty of food to be had, we don't have to ration it.

sounds to me like he is talking about sacrifice. Well guess what? THIS average American already knows a little about that, thanks to the rising gas, food and utility prices. And in a sense Obama is correct...we cannot drive the SUV's, eat what we want or heat/cool our homes to a comfortable level. We simply cannot afford to do so.

I think he's using those three as rough examples..... but we can drive SUVs (if we get the MPG up), we can eat our fill, and we can have our homes comfortable (let him come to Texas in August and suggest we turn up the AC). He needs to focus on how to improve things, not do a repeat of Jimmy Carter's sweater speech.
