ok-  in 2 months time; 33% of T bill holdings used -to loan to banks. i should have paid attention more in school- as it certainly doesnt sound good.

That's fractional banking man, that's the way it is. The whole system is basically a Ponzi scheme, and it always has been.

Actually subf, it started around the time of the civil war. The final phase of the takeover happened in 1913.

It started in 1791 with a 20-year charter that ended in 1811. Then a 2nd time in 1816 until 1836.

Then the 3rd time, in 1913 to present.

My initial point was that it hasn't always been.

I've sometimes wondered what will happen when China's middle class grows large enough to replace the US consumer market for all the doo-dads and gee-zaws they produce.

Well, all I can say to that is don't worry about it because the same type of people run that country run this one. They destroy the middle class.

So I don't think that's going to happen. But if the rich decide to get richer,which is bound to happen, the end result will be the same.
