Firstly, depending on which coast you are on I am now another year older...... yay me!

I have not posted on a board for years and years. Mostly because I just got tired of the flame wars. But I decided to join this one because I have seen some very excellent threads. So I go fill out the profile, sent a picture, waited for it to be approved and started getting mail.

Out of 20 mails so far only one has been even halfway polite. So I have to ask...do you gents really think a strange woman will appreciate being called vulgar names? Heck, my owner does not even call me those names and we've been together quite a while now.

They made me laugh though. Maybe a cyber player will think being treated like dirt is the sign of how dominants interact with submissives. I know that is not the case, unless the dominant knows the submissive enjoys verbal humiliation. Not my thing though.

I have to wonder if the men who sent me mail are the same ones who complain about not being able to find rt submissives? If thats the case, you fellows need to work on those pickup lines.... on second thought, don't change a thing guys because how you approach a woman tells women quite a bit about you.

I am not into the whole name calling thing, and even if I was I would not do it on the first email. apparently there are some women that respond to that, because they keep it going

You're absolutely right!  That's what the "ignore" button is for

Do you mean real pick-up lines, or typing? Do you mean any old lines, or ones that worked?

In person, I usually try to use humor to get a girl to talk to me.  Its a bit harder for me to do that in a quick message.  The longer the letter, the less likely it seems people are to read it.
In all honesty, I have been told that my silly smile and sort of goofy charisma is half my game in r/l.  How do you get that into a line on a computer?  At least I know that it isn't by calling the women I'm interested in "bitch, slut, or ho."

I'm proud of you that you could laugh it off.  There are jerks out there everywhere, in the lifestyle and out.  If you can laugh them off you are way ahead of the game.

Masturbating furiously, then flinging semen at them while hissing "I can smell your cunt" seems to work well... LOL

On a serious note, in person I dont use pick up lines - I say something appropriate to the situation. I have picked up women using opening lines ranging from "Let me get that for you...." for someone struggling with a door to "Here you go" for someone thats looking for a quarter and holding up a checkout line, to "I think we just found the weapons of mass destruction" when some fat guy farted in an elevator, to "Hi, we havent met yet but Im your future exhusband, youll hate me in a few years so we might as well make the most of the time we have left"... One time I picked up a woman in a bar who mumbled "What a dick" after someone used the "did it hurt when you fell from heaven line." I just quipped "Oh you havent seen anything yet..." she said "Oh is that so..." and the ice was broken.
