I just had the most positive experience with the Collarme Support Staff.

What a helpful, kind and responsive group! I know this section is not necessarily for these types of positive experiences but I wanted to share anyway. It's thankless job when everyone comes to you with complaints and problems.

So kudos to the staff of this site (both sides). They helped me with a login issue I was having...they impressed me with the speed of their responses, the helpfulness of the information and the kindness the extended.

They rock!

I second that, Elena. My experiences with them have been nothing but positive. And also pleasingly personable.

Actually, my experiences with the CM people have been limited to getting ModSpanked.. and to be honest, with only one or two exceptions, I agree with the grounds for the chastisement.

It's a gig *I* wouldn't want....
