Sometimes i wonder if people realize how the two are tied together.  And if you have a high or low sex drive - it's just a part of your chemical makeup. 

Too, if a woman has a high sex drive, i wonder if she has high testosterone levels, (and consequently increased hair growth on her body) or is her drive high for some other, psychological reason?

I asked about *lowers voice so the kiddies can't hear* masterbation out of perverse curiosity. 

As a transsexual, i've noted that my drive for such things is completely tied to my hormones.  Growing up as a boy, i went about it daily.  It was about as ritualistic as brushing my teeth.  Like it was relieving some sort of pressure valve.

But once i got on female hormones, over time i completely stopped.  No more playing the pipe organ.  After a couple of years in fact, i began to look at the very thought of tickling the taco as gross.  A waste of time.  Why bother? 

My entire way of thinking about the act changed dramatically.  Intimacy suddenly became sacred.  Something reserved for being with your partner.  Not something to be wasted alone.

So by asking the question i was curious to see if there was a noticable difference between the way men and women responded.  Silly me.
