While the woman was insane toput hot coffe between her legs, The Mc D's coffe case wasn't stupid mcd's was told repeatedly to lower the temp of their coffe and repeatedly ignored it because coffe kept hotter than you s hould lasted longer, as far as freshness went. So MCD's was in the wrong.

Well a jury, judge and several reviews do not believe it is ridiculous, if you actually take the facts into account and not just the headline. The woman originally just wanted her medical bills covered, from the second and I believe third degree burns she suffered. I have never seen coffee that hot normally. The mediator before it went to trial, which I believe was a former judge himself, advised McDonalds that they just settle for the medical coverage, McDonalds relied upon people not looking at the evidence and saying "it s ridiculous". The next step.... SCENE: It is 2009. We are in the United States. George W. Bush is no longer the President. The ordeal is over for millions of Americans. But not for Jenny and Ray. Ray: That's okay.. we got a motel booked down the street. We'll be right back. Official: I'm sorry. The ceremony has just begun. If you leave you'll lose your fee and have to reapply.. Ray: That's daylight robbery! Official: It sure is. This is the Federal Government. Ray: But why do we need proof. I'm a man, she's a woman. It's obvious. Official: Ah but you could be gay, and she could be a lesbian. You could be both closet heterosexuals. The US Government is trying to reduce the numbers of divorces. They have decided you both need proof of sexual orientation that you're both heterosexual. Ray leans over and whispers in Jenny's here. Jenny:(shocked) What? here? Ray: It's $25,000 honey. Jenny: But I',m not getting fucked in no Government office!!! Official: Why not? Everyone else does... (to be continued)
