You don't think that refineries can't operate at 100% because there is always some scheduled maintainence going on, do you? It's not like they're bottling milk, you know. Will you slow down and try to think things through?

Hippie... that's why I keep on begging people to reply to individuals' posts, or else to specify 'Fast Reply' at the top of their posts if they are, indeed, using FR. Cos it does get bloody confusing, especially when quotes and whatnot start getting added to the equation.
